How We Work
Initial Meeting
In a first meeting we assess the needs and goals of the task at hand. We work out together with you what the expected delivery is. After this scoping meeting, we start working on the project brief.
Project Brief
All expected deliverables shall be brought into a clear form and are signed off by all stakeholders. Like this the expectations are clear for all involved parties.
Constant Feedback
Since the project is run in close collaboration with all stakeholders, an open communication is key for the success of every assignment. Therefore a constant feedback culture brings the desired results.
